化学研磨処理 / バレル研磨処理

材料の材質、状態に合わせて化学的に材料を溶解したり、
遠心バレル研磨装置を用いて素材表面の平坦化やバリの除去を行います。

めっき前の部品を洗浄し、細部まで汚れを落とすことで、より精密な仕上がりを実現します。
　
This line washes the parts before plating and removes dirt in detail to achieve a precise finishing.

無電解ニッケルライン
Electroless nickel line
　
無電解ニッケルめっきは、被膜硬度が高く、金めっきの下地に多く使用されます。
もちろん単体のめっきも可能です。
　

Hardness of electroless nickel plating is relatively high. It is often used as a base for gold plating. Nickel plating alone is also possible.

めっき後純水洗浄ライン
Pure water cleaning line after plating

めっき後の製品を洗浄し、シミ・変色の原因となる液残り等を除去します。

Products after plating are being cleaned to remove any residual liquid that may cause stains or discoloration.

蛍光X線膜厚測定
X-ray fluorescence film thickness measurement

めっきの膜厚を測定します。（3台所持）
φ0.05から測定可能です。

To measure the thickness of the plating layer.It can be measured from φ0.05.

検査 Inspection

検査設備：実体顕微鏡

最後は人の目による検査を顕微鏡にて行います。
φ0.1以下の超極小品も見逃さず検査をしています。

The final inspection is done by human eyes using microscope.
